Sherman et. al. v. Trinity Teen Solutions, LLC, et. al.: Class counsel for a class of 250+ female clients that were sent to a "teen treatment center" where they were exploited for labor instead of being provided critical counseling and educational services. Claims involved violations of the Transporting Victims Protection Reauthorization Act ("TVPRA"), 18 U.S.C. 1595 .

Scavuzzo v. Triangle Cross Ranch, LLC: Represented young men who were sent to the Defendant's ranch under the impression they would receive critical counseling and educational services to help them adjust as young adults. Instead, the young men allege they were exploited for labor and provided very little, if any, counseling or educational services. Claims involved violations of the Transporting Victims Protection Reauthorization Act ("TVPRA"), 18 U.S.C. 1595 .

Schmeisser GmBH v. AC-Unity, d.o.o.: Defended patent infringement claims made by Plaintiff, resulting in the invalidation of Plaintiff's patent.

Represented a multinational oil and gas technology company to defend and prevent a hostile takeover of the company from inside investors. This resulted in three trials, each of which were two weeks longs and rendering favorable jury verdicts in all three trials.
